And the best part is, no matter your age or endurance you don’t have to do a crazy hike to get there - they are reachable by cable cars or funiculars.

One of our favorite activities we have ever booked is HANDS DOWN THIS COOKING CLASS! It is a family-run cooking class that felt more like being welcomed into someone’s home than attending a lesson. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with pastries, coffee, and the warmest hospitality, and before long my kids were rolling pasta dough, shaping ravioli, and laughing in the yard while our hosts treated us like old friends.
